  4. It collapsed and they got rid of it instead of repairing it. The tender has gone out to get a new one built but it will be a while.
  5. There is no wharf there at the moment so if you have people to get on it is quiet difficult, use the ramp at Wollimia. Cheers

Went out yesterday chasing marlin and remembered this post, Boat - 5.2 Webster Twinfisher Engine - 115 yammy 2stroke 93 mod Wind - 5 to 10 in the morning / 10 to 15 in the afternoon E/NE Current - Nil Trolled all day for 15 litres per hour and using 1 litre per km doing 7 knots at 2300rpm.   11. No worries, your mate is not wrong about being a good squid area but there are several other good if not better spots in the bay. The bag limit in the Murrays beach area is only 10 per person compared to 20 in the rest of the bay. Cheers
  12. Its at Murrays Beach at the end of Jervis Bay Rd in the National Park which entry costs 11 dollars for 48 hrs from time of purchase. There is no pontoon to get on and off as it collapsed a while ago and has not been replaced and there is no beach to pull up on, its all rocks. Cheers

  14. We fished the torny and were one of the boats that kept them to eat. We were out in 500 fts and trolling skirts with no worries and most of the fish that got caught were on boats trolling, as for coming up this far depends on what the current does. Cheers

In the tag and release categories they tagged: 3 yellowfin tuna 109 albacore 12 southern bluefin tuna 9 mako sharks 6 blue sharks and the juniors and small fry tagged 19 striped tuna Cheers

The entrance to Currumbene Creek is not a Bar, have been fishing out of there for 26 years, have spoken to VMR about it as it used to be on the list and was told that you did not have to wear a life jacket as was the same thing for Bermagui, if you check the Maritime website they have been taken off the list.
