Is it legal to use a treble while bait fishing ?

Ive given gang hooks away completely and now use 4-0 or 5-0 circles half a pillie on each once hooked they very rarely throw the hook as salmon and tailor love to leap out of the water.

Looks a great session guys, nice pics also, I really want to get into some soft plastic fishing but really have no idea. I normally use prawns and pilchards. well done
