Mate I have a restaurant and I tend to go in late. It’s evening trade for me, depending on my work load, if there’s time in between i might got for a flick. Not much of a secret. Where’s there’s water there’s fish!! I fish light weighted and I drift my bait from top to bottom. And always burley! No burley no fish I can tell you that. When I burley it’s literally like me tossing out $100 bills😂 and when you see $100 bills flying from a far you’ll sure come and sash it out wouldn’t ya😉 so burley hard! Tips. 4 load of woolies cheap bread and 4 cans of cat food tuna mince!!! Mash it together and burley out 😂😂

After my school drop off! Did a quick 2.5 hours and straight back into work. It’s a Bream kind of day!!! But hey something it’s better then nothing. got to my spot at 9.30 and finished at 12. My staff arrived at 10.30 and he landed 2, I got my bag limit and we had enough fish to split it 3 ways!! I didn’t take any, it ended up with the delivery guy and the chefs😂

Yeah it looks very nice! I always thought it was a good fish but yet to fry😂 maybe next time

So mactuna is a bait fish. I always thought they were better eatting then bonito… can they be sashimi fish lol

I gave them all away. As bait!?? Fillet them or salt them up? Might try next time thx

Once again my Monday and Tuesday off kind of thing. Straight after school drop off. Grab my coffee and got to my spot at 10. And finished at 1. first cast after burley I landed a Max tuna😂 any they any good eating???. 2nd chance was also a big hit. The line were flying as I have my spool open and strike the bloody hook for chew off after a few seconds! I assume it was another max tuna or a decent Taylor. it got slow afterwards just 2 more legal bream and 2 Trev. Plenty of undersize bream though.

Went for a short session started at 2pm and left at 4pm to avoid the traffic! armed with fresh school prawns and a bucket of burley, started my Hurley trap while I was setting up my rod. First cast and I was on!!! Bang, while I was reeling in my fish, I continued my burley, and while removing the hook I continued my burley again!😂 hook out 2nd cast! And bang!! I was on!!! Anyone it was fish after fish, it stopped at 7 fish, for the next hour baby snapper came!!! Boring. Just 15 min before I call it a day!! Massive hit and Bang!!! Took off like a train. A Kingie. fought for about 5min and had it almost to the surface and the guy next to me hand his net out, and say tire it out, tired it out!! So I gave it another chance to run around!! And I regret it! It went straight down the edge where I was standing…. The line was stuck.. and pop it goes…🥲🥲 next time it’s gonna be fast and furious. 8 lb line doing the damage

Hello guys! heading down south coast. ulladulla for a few days, Easter break!!! Yay. would like to know have any one squidded around the area>???? i mean like im staying at burille Lake, not sure if there are squid are around, but i heard there are squid in the town near the wharf/ habour??? any advice will be greatly appreciated!!~~ many thanks in advance. I had to walk the fish to the beach to land the salmon and rat king😂 I don’t carry anything more then 8lb usually, but I might have to in future if I’m running livie 🤪

Was there today! No mac daddy, plenty of yellow tails! 1x 50cm salmons, a Trev and a bream. Landed 1x 50cm+ kingie and lost 4x 70+ kingie!!!!! Got smoked hard on a 6lb and 8lb leader😂 I couldn’t do a thing. Tighten my drag and main broke!! Let it run?? The spool would have been clean, great fun! Losted $50 of gears😂
