Zman grubz are the bomb. They really are super effective. I find the 2" is more versatile than the 2.5" due to the slimmer body and plus they go on a size 2 hook perfectly. Everything will eat them.
I also use the slim swims in 2.5" all the time, which are also highly effective. They also work well when rigged on a beetle spin. I caught plenty of bass recently using that setup with a 1/8oz jighead on the beetle spin.
Squidgy wrigglers in 80mm bloodworm slay the bream and most other estuary species and the 100mm bloodworm is my go to soft plastic for EP's and Flathead.
Don't discount using hardbodys in the mix too, they definitely have plenty of applications when soft plastics won't deliver the goods, especially when chasing natives.
