Yeah plenty of Trevally around at the moment. Last saturday fished Botany Bay as well with my brother in law, started west side of the oil wharf hooked up on a few Travallys and lost a decent one which gave the light gear a bit of a work out. Then headed across to third run way where there were a few other boats all catching Trevally. We got them ranging from 25-45cm to the fork of tail on lightly weighted fresh baits and on soft plastics. Really good fun on light gear! Is this the area they call 'Trevally alley', Wanna Fish?

I guess they new limits are so bad, it will give fish populations a chance to recover especialy seeing how much Sydney and surounding areas get fished. Also it will help future fisherman and fisherwomen in the next generations to come. Just hope the fisheries catch those would don't obey these rules

Hi there guys, just purchased an old tinny which came with an old 1976 Evinrude 35Hp motor, which I believe is way over due for an overhaul. The flywheel was too easy to turn by hand and had no resistance. Does anyone know how involved it is to re-build a motor like this and the cost compared to doing it yourself or paying someone to do it? Also does anyone know where I could get it rebuilt at, around the Sutherland Shire way??? Cheers Dominic
