    Thanks for the helpful replies. I don't have too much trouble getting squid, particularly east of the harbour bridge. Just haven't put too much time into the west side of it. I have been studying a few satelite maps and plan to give a few places a shot this coming saturday... and give my new downrigger a run

    Hello, New to the forums here and I like what I see. I was wondering if any of you get squid regularly WEST of the harbour bridge? I fish out of a tinny and put in at Drummoyne. Also does anyone know of any good bait grounds in a similar area. I get occasional yakkas and squid around gladesville bridge, but not regular enough to warrant calling it a good 'spot' for live baits.. Thanks in advance for your advice. Steve(skunga)
