  1. Top fish there cam. Your starting to get good at the s-p's now. Good on ya buddy. Top fish. Ya PB on plastics. (fish of the month). Hopefully next time i can make it. Cheers Benny.
  2. Hey i have the set up your talking about. the pvc tube with the end cap on my tinnie. works perfect. have not had it break or crack. i just used bolts straight through it and a peice of timber on the inside to add strength. You use the holes in it to use a socket to put through to bolt it just use an extension bar. And i use a broom stick with heaps of screws through it as the masher just use 100mm screws and go straight through leave half out each end. See on the back of my tinne.
  3. Hey Ross good on thats the way to turn a crappy day into a good one. Always try a oldie but a goody spot on the way home. 9 times out of 10 they get you out of the S#%t. lol. Some nice fish in there. did u get any pics of the mako jumping? always good to see 100kg+ leapin into the air. Cheers Benny. (anakiwa)

Heaps of stripys around and lots of bait fish. As well as dolphins they were everywhere. they where chasing our x-mas trees and pushers.. funny to see.

  7. I keep poddy mullet in a tank for when i go jew fishing. They last forever. The last lot i had was 6 months old. and didnt even change the water. caught them in the georges river so yeah. I would keep 20 at a time in a 2X2 square tank. im just setting up a bigger one to put bigger mullet in. no collection before i go fish. its great. and to refill just take the kids and its an outting all together keeps the misses happy.
  8. My best one was first time i took my boat out was dark and i forgot i left the deckwash on. And the hose in the side pocket. Crusin along doing 8 knots listing to the 2way. when i hear the radio make a funny noise.. I said to my mate whats that?.We look around then he walks to the back of the boat then comes back with a funny look on his face... . I turn to look back and see the back of the boat filling with water.. .The noise was the auto bilge going off. (never had an auto bilge b4). So i open the boat up heading for shore dont want to get wet that time of the morning.. But the faster i went the more water came in. Got to the shore after ages looking to see if the bung fell out of the boat had it crack.. we look at the deckwash hose and its dribbling. The rest of the day i was a nerves wreck. Keeped looking to see if there was water in the boat... Cheers Benny.
