i have often wondered this also.

most people say salmon are crap, but more and more they are being acepted as a table fish

so who knows

has anyone actually tried a pj

I havn't tried a PJ yet (nor do I want to) but I have tried Salmon and they are truly awful, much worse than Trevally infact!!!

The Wobbegong has a bag limit of two and I think their breeding areas are protected (or used to be), don't think there are any restrictions on PJ's. I think of them as the puppy dogs of the shark world, harmless and kind of friendly. Then again maybe I'm losing it.

G`day Fellas ,

Kangaroo , Emu, Croc , ahhhah , well OK.

But to eat the puppy Dogs of the Sea .......well , could you eat one of your dalmation puppies soon after birth , Yuk , I`d rather Kiss a greenie .

Mick

I answer a phone and Mick beats me with the puppy of the sea comment. :(

Cheers

if you went on looks of a fish.... no one would have ever tasted leather jackets in a million years

has any one at all actually tasted a pj

Not me,but I caught one on a visit to Botany Bay last year and one of

my regular fishin buddies wanted to take it home and try it.

His mother cooked some of it up,and he reckons they took one bite and

yuuuuuuuuuk,they turfed it out.

Any we have caught since he doesnt even wana look at.
