Jaybee Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 G'day all, Went out on Thursday 25th with Jed after spending the last two days in the river with the kids. Thought we'd have a shot out of Broken Bay and head down south for a few pigs and then back up for a couple of flatties of Whale. What a shocker as we hardly lost a bait let alone box a fish. Fair dinkum we couldn't believe it so we headed back in and decided to have a shot in Pittwater. Things got better there and we managed a nice little Jew, real nice sized flounder, 32cm snapper and a flatty. I got the flatty on bream gear, 8lb trace and a 1/0 hook down in its gut. The line broke in the landing net. Cheers Jeff.
