costello
Hi all. I remember a post a few months ago about the best spray to use while maintaining your fishing gear but I can't seem to track it down. There was a spray (not WD40) that a few of you Raiders were using that sounded good, I think it was water-proof or something, I can't remember??? Cheers, Mark

Mondo Rock
Although, given the amazing qualities of WD-40 as recently listed in another post, I'd be re-thinking it. Spray it on your reels, spray it on your lures, spray it on your bait - it's all good!!

gafmo
The one that I use is 'Inox'. Good for reels and outboard motors because it will not cause damage to lines or rubber. Not to be sprayed onto reel clutch. Regards gafmo
Guest DV8
I am not a big fan of WD40. It is a solvent which dissolves grease, evaporates, and takes everything else with, drying your reel out. Davo
