sneddo Posted August 3, 2007 Share Posted August 3, 2007 G'day All, Managed a few hours on the the lake this morning before work. Mainly fished the leases around Hells Gate, The Stockyards and the Northern Wallis Island banks. Managed some great Bream.Landed 7 keepers, pulled the hooks once and got busted off once . Released all except 2 at 30cm's for tonight's Tea. Lure of choice was a SR Camion in dark green around the racks and DR Camion in same colour around the island. Bream Mad Posted August 6, 2007 Share Posted August 6, 2007 Geez mate you must have deep pockets using $20 lures around oyster racks I also have a fondnest for that little SR camion, in fact any lure that can bag a fish on it's first ever cast is an instant classic in my tackle box.
