cflife Posted April 9, 2009 Share Posted April 9, 2009 G,day Raiders - quick report Hit the harbour Early this morning around 2am - scored around 15 squid (hard work as they were a bit slower than usual) Downrigged the usual markers throughout the harbour , released around 10 rats around the 60 cm mark got absolutely smoked twice within 5 mins , then 3rd time lucky landed nice fat 94cm king also scored a nice tailor and chunky bream for the family for good friday Didnt see any other boats into the kings today. I was out on the harbour today fro a lazy 10am start and there were few bites, mostly because the squid were hard to come by! You deserve a fish like that if your hitting the water at 2am!
