Hairtail?

Hi all,

Thinking of taking the annual trip up to Cowan creek to chase some toothy hairtail in the next few weeks, and was wondering if anyone has been up there yet this year and had any luck???

Not sure if they're there yet with the water being as warm as as it is at the moment.

Any info would be great.

Mate and I were only two boats out last Thursday at a very popular spot and no hairtail at all. Not even a sniff. Plenty of yakkas around.
