Pickles
Had a call from my buddy Adam @Peltzer and Scotty who wanted some squid spots and then Jewie haunts in Hawkesbury. The weather prediction wasn’t great, but swell & wind was predicted to pickup around 11.00am. High tide was 9.30, so slack water was perfect timing (thank you God) we headed off early to get to Parsley Bay ramp by sunup and we’re greeted with a near empty car park. We headed out to West Head bait grounds and filled up with perfect “kingie candy” slimies and slightly bigger Yakkas. We then headed to Pitwatter for some arrow squid and then off to chase jewies. We were successful catching our target species, but only “Micro- Mulloway” under 50cm. We also got a little shark and a flounder. The wind picked up and swell by 10.30, so we made it an early one and back home by 1pm
Isaac Ct
Nicely done @Pickles and @Peltzer, great day again. Shame you couldn't get a big Jew but some cool bycatch.
