Baitfishing

Hey mates, just wondering if anyone has any idea on what the baitfish are like around Bar Point and Milson Passage, and also how to catch them gear-wise? :)

you get yakkas in there.

drop down a sabiki - my favorite is black magic shrimp sabiki I use the size 10

Burely s important and very helpful. 

as for gear, up to you. im thinking about getting a cheap sabiki rod as im on a kayak and the loose hooks are a nucense, but any light rod and reel will do. id suggest just use any old rod you have laying around and any reel
