Whether members would attend or not is the question. I suppose the best way to go about it is to float the idea and see if you get enough positive responses. Naturally, there would need to be a suitable venue as well as an attractive reason for people to attend. I may be accused of being pessimistic, but I doubt there would be sufficient interest, based on my observations. Only about 0.2 percent of the overall membership actively contribute to the forums, which leads me to believe that the majority are comfortable to take what they need without active participation.
