Rock Fishing with the Neighbours Monday.

The young guys wanted to try this, so off we went to Avoca. Not my favourite place. Not many people. Nice & calm which was a plus.

Safety gear. Boots & two 12ft rods.

They were using Metal lures. After showing them what to do they were into it.

They caught  3 medium size Bonitos between them & a Bream.

Not bad for their first time on the rocks

Their Mothers were impressed.

I kept the Bream for my puppy. Just loves BBQ fish.

Good one Rebel. If spinning up a few bonito doesn’t get the kids hooked on fishing, nothing will. Sounds like the pup will eat well tonight as well.

you’ve given so much fish to the neighbours -  it’s was about time you started to teach them how to catch their own. 😂
