Rebel Posted July 5, 2023 Share Posted July 5, 2023 Sunrise. Cold & School Hoidays. No wind & Sun was on the way. Caught some undersized tailor & some other mixtures. After a couple of hours we had two nice Snapper around 46cm & four Bream 33 to 36cm & one Bonito. Puppy will be happy with her Bream. My favourite Groper turned up. I think he lives here. Put up a fight & released. New rod a 13ft Storm Gomoku 3pce. Nice & light. Lots of power. Reel. Fin-Nor 4000 with Mono 12lb Tortue line. Off to the Newport Arms for breakfast. Reel is a bit heavy, but I have 4 of these Fin-Nor's & they take a belting & never fail. A guy told me he caught a Marlin on the LT100 model. Super tough.
