Larkin Posted July 12, 2023 Share Posted July 12, 2023 Gday raiders, went out for a fish today. Yakkas were hard to get… until they weren’t. Headed offshore up around Coogee way. Plan was to do a bit of exploring of new ground. Explored some deep water reefs, but the fish just weren’t on the bite today. Managed a nice little king on a bonito strip bait! Was a tough fighter! Measured 67cm Released to fight another day! also got a Bonnie (which was kept to make baits) and a barracouta (on plastics) which went back. was one of those hard slog days! 12 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Haha - haven’t been rock fishing in years. Back in my early 20’s used to go the national park all the time.
