it was a great day out. I was just about to post a msg about you guys being slow on the pen to write up about mondays activities.How god damn sexy do I look in my boat?? the bay has been around 18 + or - a few. depends on where and when. I imagine the harbour would be the same. I was up the Georges a few weeks back and it was as low as 15 in parts, I imagine cowan, colo and nepean would be similar

good thread, I have often wondered about this. I was always told never to start without water, but I thought it was purely a heating thing, so therefore thought it would be ok for 5 secs. Being the mechanical juggernaut that I am, i had no idea that the impellor even existed. Can anyone else confirm that the impellor is only engaged once in gear? cheers Dave

I have just spoken to the guys (or rather the lovely lady) at broadbill charters and will be locking in sat 23rd sep I have 5 spots accounted for, so I am looking to fill 1 last spot on this charter are myself,nick, Impulse, Mrs Impulse and Impulse's mate Broadbill ( who are sponsors of this website) have 2 boats ( total of 12 spots) so we could easily fill them both. as rzep said, channel 96 the call should be something like "fishraider,fishraider,fishraider, this is vessell whatever or whoever, calling all fishraiders on botanybay, harbour wherever, over"

this is shaping up to be a great day on the water. Looking forward to meeting some of the raiders!
