Hahahahah, No way man, When I was laying in ICU and started talking to this guy a little older then me around 26 I think, he had some kind of disease, three days later he unfortunately passed away. I started to realise how short life really is. So when I hit 43.6 degrees and the doctors stripped me down, threw me in a massive ice bath, strapped me in, and said, there is nothing we can do but prepare for the worst. I was already on temperature lowering drugs (anti-pyretics). They said I will black out and start to convulse. I said to myself then that life is short, might as well be healthy about it. SO haha, I will get you maccas and KFC while we are out and I am yet again, out fishing you. But I will pack my lunch . Will

Hi all, I haven't posted in a while, I have unfortunately been in hospital for about a week with 40 degree fevers. They have tested me for everything, and everything has come back clean. Apart from severe pain in my chest and migraines, I've got other symptoms but anyway. The head of infections diseases and head of gastroenterology have said if all else is clean, We have to consider mosquito carrying virus names I can't pronounce. So, the only times I get bitten by mossies are night fishing, I always wear long pants and a long sleave shirt and if I'm not wearing shoes, I'd spray on aeroguard. The places I have fished 2 weeks prior to admission: Hacking river wharves, Stockton beach, bondi beach, cronulla beach, georges, central coast near woy woy, the entrance, narrabean, napean lakes. Kangaroo Valley. That's about it. I only eat whiting and crabs from the central coast so the don't think it's poisoning. I just don't want anyone else to go through this. Budzsta. (will)

So a while ago my dad bought a boat, a big half cabin. It was mainly for crusing, not really for fishing and I was young so we never really used it. We stopped taking it out after a while and then my dad sold it. SO now that I am back into fishing quite significantly, I have been checking out the search histories on the net. My dad has been looking up a lot of boating sites and what not. He recently wrote down on a piece of paper right in front of me: Quintrex Offshore 630 Ocean Sport Millennium Hull... So basically what I am asking is, considering there would be so many more experts on here. Is that a good boat for fishing, what are other options that I should be hinting to my dad in that price range? Will

Fished for about 3 hours... We were mainly using prawns and pilchards getting smashed almost as soon as the bait hit the water. With plenty of just undersized bream and a few blackfish We changed over to sps to get a few hits with no avail. The wind was terrible and I switched over to a surface hb.. Hooked up straight away and with a big silver flash in the water the fish was gone... A few more casts and up came the tailor. I landed one off a hb and we caught a few on prawns and pillies... The rain came and we are now on the way home.. Will

Bream and Whiting are found all over brisbane waters. You can use anything from poppers to worms. Worms being preferred by whiting and pillies and/or prawns by bream.

We were fishing off the jetty near the boat ramp near the macdonalds in penrith. The street name was Tench Ave. We only stayed till dark and then the mossies came out in FORCE. I have heard of the Weir. I might give that a go. I was also wondering what sort of lures work at night (if they work at all)? Can you still use the normal Bream type lures with the rattle inside, the diving kind? What about small spinners and poppers? I have a small green popper and a little larger fluro pink one. Will

So last night, half way home from work. I felt the need to fish. So I kept going west and realised that I Pred was going to Napean. Decided to meet up and considering I always have my HB's and SP's with me. I thought why not. Didnt catch anything but now am also addicted to bass fishing :|... I saw a few bass chasing my popper and didnt know what to do. It seems I got too excited or sometimes I just stopped. But was a lot of fun. So I am also putting myself up for Bass Adoption to all the Bass-pro's on here. I have a few poppers and HB's but advice on lures is most welcome. Will PS. Pred got a hit but lost is, so im pretty sure he is just as keen.
