Me too, little samaki green paddle tail, which he has caught whiting, flaty, tailor, bream and now a blacky, he's going ok that's for sure.... now gotta him a 60+ flaty,! That will sort him out !

Sorry Mick , however I use 10lb Fluro and lost a 70+ model last week with my 130mm wriggler , 4lb silly string , I thought I was giving them a chance.

A couple of flatys( I've been catchin plenty) to a family with only a tailor in their bucket, their kids were stoked, benji not so much giving away our fish. Went out yesterday on the last of the run out for a 3 hour flick with my young fella and my mate who has now been converted to using plastics, no bait on my boat ! We caught 4 flatys at 45 48 56 68, and my son caught a blacky on his lure, which got him excited, he will be 6 in 2weeks and he has now earned a decent new fishing rod/reel for his bday. He can now cast and retrieve so I'm proud he his developed the skills to flick lures and most importantly always keen for a qik flick with daddy! Gave the two smaller models to a family fishing from the shore, they were pleased to take home a feed. Also over the weekend we got 8 muddys, released 3 big Jenny's and kept 5 bucks, biggest at 2.3kg. Once again flatys fillets for the kids and srilankan style crab curry for the adults. Thanks to all the diggers for doing what they did so we can all enjoy what we do????????????????

Definitely a dusky, only get blue spots and tigers outside never in the Georges, the big fat head usually gives it away, nice fish on lures!

Flicking big hardbodys fir kings, hooked a big tailor , wasn't happy not a king... skull dragged to the boat, reefed him up, treble got embedded in my inner thigh whilst fish still wriggling, couple of f bombs until I cut the split ring, but I then had to cut my skin with a sharp knife to release the treble ?, mates laughing, I wasn't happy!

Haven't been for a local flick since January, so took the little fella out this morning on LT to get the boat going and drop some traps, water 24+ right on change...so I had to have a flick, plenty of hits then after 40mins I got my fish ? Forgot the net at home so tricky work ..I dropped another 60+ 10 min later boat side trying to lift by the leader again and lost the fish and my killer lure...? Won't forget my bloody net again! 64cm, 1.8kg, 6lb braid, 10lb fluro, 1/4 jig head silver ? Little fella got his 38 on bait,(he didn't want to let it go and his dinner) and daddy released two other 40 models. Great morning session before brekky

I Managed some squid at night off the big jetty, and a lonely flaty At shoaly stones Easter Sunday on a wriggler, other than that and a 40min wait for the Mrs coffee Easter morning it was a ripper weekend. woolys bread ? never tasted so good?

Not in the comp, not worth it considering the weather, but muddys, squid, flatys ,whiting and maybe a Jew will be the targets, staying at little beach So shoaly pub will be our watering hole, pop in n say g'day if around mate

Good blue spots there baz, hopefully I can chase some duskys up river Thursday and Friday, and might get a look outside sat depending on the swell. ? Not the best weekend to come up but we're coming anyway!
