Solid session there mate, well done. Same here, caught plenty of the soapies in the georges and the Hacking and heard of the same stories in Hawkesbery. Good to see the results in restocking the fish into these systems by the fisheries. And glad to see our fishing license fee is not getting wasted.

Well done Ray, seems like you're able to catch what ever you targeted, wether its bream, blackfish or flatties. Where as for me, the targeted fish is laughing at me.

Good effort buddy. Someone good gives you a helping hand is always effective. Comes to think about it, there used to be a guy that's on fishraider a lot he used to nail them squids. Haven't seen a report from him in ages.

Well done on that serious jew mate. Never landed one of that size on the boat but I have had a fare share of them on the beach and rocks and yeah, that adrenalin, I'll say no more.

Just like to add my little 2 cents in, What's next? Down rigger? Night fishing? And the list could go on and on. Give us a break. If I have to spend $150 a day on fuel just to get out there, I would like to bring home a feed for the family. I'm not a very strong person, so I would like to enjoy my day by not having to kill my arms and back. I just think that these guys should go a bit easier on us recreational fisherman!

What's going on to the good old Hacking? For the past few months I'd been practicing a lot catch and release. There's not one keeper of any species at all. The fish is playing hide and seek and they are winning. Can't wait for summer! Cheers
