Well done mate. I will keep that in mind 'one last cast' which normally turn out another 30 minutes fishing for me. Haha...by the way, how do u prepare and cook the gummy? I tried one before but the ammonia smell ruined the taste. I bleed it straight away after i caught it around noon time off the boat and cooked it that night. Any suggestion to get rid of the ammonia smell?

Get a longer rod for off the wharf or off the rocks mate. At least 11' long in my personal experience. 7' long the kings will easily cut u off the pylons. Just my 2 cents.

+1. 3 turns is more than enough. Not sure about 1m king. Haven't caught that big yet but up to 90cms landbase no problem mate.

Happened to me three weeks ago. First cast in the morning n my line is almost all gone. Too many inconsiderate people nowadays. Haih...we already do it tough landbase.

Bought saragosa sw 10000 a couple months back. His biggest victim so far 83cms king and few under 80cms jews. No problem at all. Need to hook bigger specimens to really test it.
