congratulations on your first jew capture - you did not break the rules but as you catch more of them you will throw back the smaller ones even though legal. With my experience I feel that the size limit should increase to 70cm plus with a per person limit of 3 fish each. I have caught many jew around 50 to 60cm in lenth and I always let these go to give them a chance to grow. Nothing wrong with takin a feed - congratulations. twin 1

Peter, Cutting the kingfish into cutlets and then either bbq or steam them in the microwave. Another way is to gut the fish and fill its cavity with herbs (garlic,tomatoes,capers,olives,parsly, mint,salt and pepper). Wrap the fish in foil sprinkle with lemon juice before sealing and then bake in the oven, make sure that the fish does not dry out. Keep checking the fish parcel till it is cooked thru - the flesh should peel off the backbone. Then serve with fresh salad or cooked veges. Twin 1

Fellow fishos, I have a pongrass surfmaster fibreglass boat which is 4.5 metres in length. The trailor frame has craked at the back and buckled the frame - I feel that welding the crack is pointless as it will fracture again under the weight of the boat etc. My questions are: How do you match up a trailor to a boat - does it go by the boat size or the existing trailor size when replacing the trailor? Secondly - can any body reccommend where to look for a galvanised boat trailor - do I go second hand or replace with a brand new one. Thirdly - what would a single axil trailor set me back? Does anyone have any advise? Marcel.
