So Hornsby council is looking at making car and trailer spots enforceable at parsley bay long overdue as sometimes a 3rd of spaces taken by cars only

Forgot my rant got back to ramp to encounter 2 locals talking about 1 guys motor .next to them was A few large branches closest to pontoon they had used middle of ramp so to avoid them . I tied up and walked up next to them they were still talking about motor upgrade when i carried 3large branches out of the way are people so f kin stupid and lazy now

FoOk couldn’t resist went out today yes very slow trip but no dramas offshore looked like a pond so went a few hundred meters offshore but current was fast couldn’t hold bottom caught a tailor so went into west head try for a jew nothing at all tried to pull anchor no good tried motoring to pull it snapped off will be happy to be back at work bugger

Hi has anyone checked out Pittwater today l know river is filthy but a slow trip from parsley bay to Pittwater may be worth a try

Went to Brooklyn today to have a look water absolutely filthy I had been thinking over going out tomorrow as still can’t go to work but not worth the risk

Hi hopefully can try Pittwater broken bay Wednesday as I haven’t been out for weeks that is depending on work but hopefully site will be open this week Fishing should improve around heads with all the fresh water

Well done mate I live in berowra and go to brooklyn as I've caught bugger all in berowra waters .havnt been out lately due to crap weather but you have convinced me to try river if weather shit for outside great fish

Hi Frank s while I don't know you're age and circumstances I hate the thought of having to to give boating away.im mid 50s and still fine but working in construction over 30 years is taking it's toll I do realise later I will have to go to a smaller lighter boat but I still like my little Yalta 1600 with a twin 40 setup eventually will have to go a tinny for estuarie only but if I can get out I'll be happy. At least you can go midweek lucky bugger

I use parsley bay have never seen anyone get a ticket then on rail shutdown weekends the guys use it for parking. When bridge to bridge is on those they are the only ones that can use ramp or carparkits ok by me as it's only once a year .oh well looks like I'll be up at 4am Saturday

Unfortunately people parking in car and trailer spots in just cars isn't even a cause for a fine.please correct me if I'm wrong as I've lost my shit a few times with arseholes who do this even when I've pointed out the sign they think it's ok typical attitude of me me stuff everyone else

Mate Seal the plywood paint the top whatever colour you want and use a sieve to sprinkle sand on it .non slip easy to clean don't need carpet in a fishing boat cheap and easy

Thanks mate love a feed of calamari but always hoping for something nice if using for bait.last time in pittwater 2 squid caught tried for kings with no luck so ended up keeping them and getting a couple of blue spots can't complain at all

Hi I've never tried for squid offshore either even though I've seen it on tv what sort of depths are you looking at. Only problem then is bait or dinner

3.30am wake up today worried about crowds (none)at parsley bay on water 4.15 few spots for lives ended up with 2 squid ok that's a start. Over to Scotland island where we had seen and lost a king the week before on light gear so we had heavy gear today.after about a hour without a touch decided squid for dinner and chase flathead done the usual drifts for bugger all.ok a bit wet but not to windy let's go to 50 mtr Mark bloody horrible out there but after heaps of undersize fish 2 nice flathead and calamari for tea. Don't think daughters boyfriend was impressed may need new fishing mate bloody chicken

I have the scoop with a pump fitted as well water pressure is great when moving no need to have pump on.other thing I did was fit a y valve so I can run another hose to wash stuff just make sure to turn off tap on valve plenty of times I've driven off only to stop and realise I've got shitloads of water at back of boat
