  1. Fantastic... might try myself!!! Usually I love catching squid but haven't had the time to go unfortunately!
  2. Great report!!! Enjoyed the read and great catch!
  3. Gday Fishos! Earlier this year we decided to travel to Taree, fished Port Mac, Old Bar, Forster, Tuncurry. We then headed south to Kiama & Shellharbour. Unfortunately we didn't catch too much to make a full episode, a lot of smaller fish around (this was January) although we did catch a few leaping bonnys and had a few good runs here and there. This weeks episode is focused more on the cook and made some beautify caramelised soy prawns w/ asian style chimichurri. Check out the episode below and hope you enjoy! As usual, using my trusty Fujifilm XT4 w/ 2x GoPro hero 11s Click HERE
  4. G'day Raiders! I posted last week part 1 of my Sussex Inlet getaway (23/2 - 26/2) where we caught a couple of beautiful 80cm flatties + a mixed bag. Unfortunately I couldn't fit the whole trip into 1 video so decided to break it up into 2 parts. The second part is now up on YT, This episode we caught another 80cm+ flatty (couldn't believe we caught 3x in 2 days) as well as some beautiful bream, smaller model flathead and a few trevs fishing the Inlet. Sussex this year really fired for us, there's absolutely no better feeling of being on the water, where its crystal clear and the ears can only hear nature at its finest. Also a beautiful baked Bream recipe at the end of the video, ill leave this as a surprise. Enjoy Sussex Inlet Part 2
  5. Wow well done!! I was also out at Botany yesterday, I didn't get to the FADs till about 9:00am... There was absolutely nothing? I threw live yakkas, pilchards even had skirts out going past the two fads... Sounded the area and could only see RAT kings on the surface and nothing else around..
  6. Honestly I've donut the last 5 weeks so it was good to catch something. I'm looking at purchasing a boat at the moment to do more estuary fishing. Never tried prawning! ill check it out!
  7. G'Day Raiders!! Haven't had much luck with the fishing over the past 5/6 weeks? not too sure if it was the weather or just me? haha anyway... decided to take a trip down to Sussex Inlet, a spot that never fails to produce! Caught 3x beautiful 80cm flatties (returned of course) and made something delish!!! A coconut/lychee trevally ceviche My partner in crime Hoda couldn't make the trip as she had a family emergency to attend to, so the old man came with instead. Filmed using my 2x GoPro Hero 11's & Fujifilm XT4 Edited in Filmora 11. Sussex Inlet Episode + Coconut/Lychee Trevally Ceviche Hope you all enjoy!!
