Marlin Size

I have been reading the comments on sizing of fish. while it is not an exact science best guestimate rules but these are the charts that the boats use as a rule of thumb when competing in the Lizard Island GF Tournament. I have laminated these and keep copies in the boat as a guide.

I hope this helps those that are targetting these species.

theres a handy waterproof version of this chart along with how to identify the species

in a booklet style thing that hendersons australia makes. well worth the $20 they retail for
