In just over three hours, my mate Syd and myself caught six banjo rays (fiddler rays) yesterday.

Funny looking critters eh?

thats unusual i've caught heaps of those up at Port Stephens but never seen one with spines on its back

I have caught pacu in Brazil they have very tough teeth. As noted they eat nuts and hard fruit and vegetables called minjoca ( cassava ). Great fighting fish and they grow really big too.

Your right about the South American pacu fish having tough teeth blacky.
