General Zod
Nice going. I started at 3.30am empty well not many boats maybe ten. Finished about 11am with donuts. Lost 2 squid jigs and an anchor. The boat ramp was a full house. People waiting for others to leave on foreshore rd. Still a nice day, would off been better with ur squids though. Formosan
Geez, 1 hour wait at the ramp!! im assuming Foreshore road ramp Looks like it was well worth the wait, nice feed there mate Thanks mate..Yes FS ramp. It was a spin out that it was packed.. it was kinda breezy so i figured there will be some people calling quits soon. Nice feed Tony,I see the ultra bite in the picutre, is it as good ad eggi max? Yep! was being tight..Ultrabite smells like tuna oil but has fleck at $10. Egi max no fleck but smells like some prawn extract at $25. Ultrabite works I heard, not sure how much is in the sprays or in the skills or the right place at the right time however one thing is for certain anything that will give you added confidence, you are likely to persist. I always use the reef anchor these days and no more worries about anchor getting stuck. Well done Tony, Great feed and worth the wait. Bet is was busy out there on Anzac Day! Thanks Rob, Heard you are getting into some too . Yeah lots of boats about, saw the usual suspects, Dhype with boatful of flatties and Quintrex with an esky full of jews! Jews? yeh he has gone soft. We got caught out with Foreshore ramp being full too and drove to Como ramp instead... ended up fishing around the area which resulted in a tank full of bream and flatties. Did a 30km round trip to the heads for 2 squid and caught ZERO jews with them! Hahahah! Always good to bump into you on the water... See ya out there tomorrow! Pretty tough day plenty of Rats , a Bonnie and a legal Snapper for us. Quinnie's a pro, never gives up and it nearly paid off , heard you guys hooked onto something like a hoodie but line broke.
