Ribs Posted December 5, 2017 Share Posted December 5, 2017 Big tides in this week so with kids drop off and paperwork done I thought FK it I'll go for a qik run, dropped my traps ? and had a flick right on HT in 5m using my usual trusty 1-3kg nitro , 6lb braid 8lb fluro with an old rusty blade ( only thing I had in the boat), and picked up this 53, and got three 40's (released) in approx 20 casts. ???? love a qik flaty flick ! Thanks bud, got a freezer full of flaty frames caught last few weeks , so gotta get rid of em...Mrs not happy Jan... still a bit early but hoping the tides and recent rain flush out some prize bucks, as u know u never know!
