Deep water Kings

Hey guys,

With the forecast looking  good on Tuesday we put together a plan to head North out of Pittwater to have a crack at some kings on the deeper reefs of the Central Coast.

The bait was a little hard to find,  couldn't get any on jigs at our regular spots so fished handlines at the baitgrounds around West head.

Filled the tanks with yakka's and a couple of slimies and headed North.

The water was around the 20-21 degree mark, hardly any current. The fish were a little hard to find.

Plenty of pesky baracutta.

Got this guy in 110m of water on a live yakka.

Beautiful day on the water and a fast run home.

Regards Toby
