Yowie Posted November 22, 2020 Share Posted November 22, 2020 Headed out early this morning, checked the forecast before I left and it looked like rain on the way. Drove to my mothers place to launch the boat, and it started raining, and did not stop until I stopped fishing and was ready to head home. Fished the deep up from Lilli Pilli. One nice jewie, the only legal fish for the morning. Weighed just under 10 pound, caught on a squid strip on a 15 pound hand line. Put up a good fight. Only other fish were undersized reddies, eating anything I put on the hook. One nice fish is better than no fish. 18 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

A wet bum and no fish is as bad as it gets, so I was happy with this one.
