Rock Fishing Curl Curl Sunday.

Arrived around 6am with two mates who are rock fishing pro's on the Nth Beaches. Low tide was coming, bit windy.

We were after Dummer. I was after snapper.

I was using metals. Bitten off twice. Lost two halco's. Put on a thin wire & a  mighty Wobbler with a single hook & caught a tailor which was released.

I changed to bait using squid as were the others, caught two decent sized snapper which were released.

The othe guys caught six drummer. They were happy.

Left around 10am & headed for the Newport Arms for breakfast.

10ft Penn Prevail 2 rod with a Penn clash 5000 reel with Penn super x 20lb mono.No leader size 4 sucide hook with small sinker.
