So, WillyWeather told me it was forecast mild wind, that proved incorrect.

I managed to find a few sheltered areas in the harbour to hide out on an otherwise quiet day.

The day included a few small snapper, a numb ray and then I got this 55cm Sambo on my bream outfit - the reel was screaming and I had to nurse it home.

Going to hit Berowra tomorrow chasing Jews and Flatties.

Nice Salmon to land on very light gear Hugh, well done. I always think that the most difficult fish to land are the ones you have to play carefully, to tire them out, before attempting to bring them in. Good feeling when it all comes together though. Good luck at Berowra, look forward to your post. Cheers, bn
