Fried Rice
Went down to the lake today hoping to camp. Unfortunately way too windy. I did manage literally one cast into a fishy looking spot, pulled out the fattest Trevally I've ever seen. Cavity literally full of fat. No photos but measures 32Cm with no head. Now the big decision, fillet & shallow fry or Sashimi? 1/0 hook, sinker half the size of a pea, frozen whitebait.

Fried Rice
Took the fillets & wings. Removed the skin and all the red meat & cut into chunks and lightly dusted all in flour. Shallow fried in vegetable oil, drained and served with lemon juice & Maldon salt. Absolutely delicious.
