Back from a 5 week break in Europe and did not touch a fishing rod for the whole time! No !! Anyway , bought a new red net and wanted to see if it is any good..... yup... works great on the botany bay squid Headed to Towra and my good mate Mr flatty was there to greet me. Plenty of smaller fish jumping on the lures too.. Few great hours on the water resulted in a decent feed for the family... Glad to be back and straight on the boat! What can I say stewy , I stayed up late the night before watching fishing videos from Sydney's best fisherman- Mr Gary Brown, I got HEAPS of top tips from him. Talk about a tough day on the water but it turned out pretty good in the end... your excellent EP only happened due to my superior netting skills! Top effort buddy on your new PB EP! The best flatty of the day taken on Gary Brown's favourite lure... r2s baby vibe ( purchased on his recommendation... Stewy has a few too) Bream on on a squidgy fish Mate , lets stop going to spots where there is NEVER any fish! How may times have we fished chris cleavers rock wall! hahaha you knob! +10! You got it there Tinman... a lot of people have interpreted this post the wrong way! I laugh went I read how defenceful some ppl get!!! Relax everyone ... only suppose to be a bit of fun! Of cause there will be some sort of bait in the life of ANY fisherperson... and I too have used live squid a few weeks back for Jews. I fish both lures and bait on rare occasions. The only reason I worded this post this way was to make it more interesting for all to read and comment on... never intended to " bag bait fisho". The post could have been: Went out today, caught these fish on a few lures.. Photo, photo .. thanks for reading! Now what fun would that be... ??? Some ppl have no sense of humour... haters will be haters!!! Now.. back to the lure isle in Km@rt to buy more gulps.
