  2. you get a few seals around the place this time of the year. i love seeing them, but they will scare any fish away. be careful though cause they can give a nasty bite HK

  6. nice looking blue swimmer there.. thats a good sign of the harbour water quality (i figure u mean sydney harbour bridge). . fishing gets sooo contagious when u see people catching some quality fish/crabs etc. welcome to fishraider HK

  15. hey mate, nuclear chicken and pumpkin seed are 2 of the different colour varieties of Gulp soft plastics, perhaps the most popular brand of SP at the moment. there is a thread with everything beginner SP users need to know, like tips, rigs gear, but i cant seem to find it. if someone else could post it up, give it a read and go nuts. i re-read the hard copy i have all the time. i love sp fishing. HK. p.s. u sound like my little bro, raiding my gear, haha.

  18. Got a live fibre RLF7 1-3kg and a diawa exceler 2000 reel today.... im abit uneasy about the reel but i got a good price for it, the rod is beautiful cant wait to get amongst some monster bream n crocs.

  20. ive seen many ways of cleaning and maintaining reels and tackle, some of which are good, others not so much. how does everyone else maintain their gear? cheers.
  21. thats insane. looks like the aftermath of a nuclear bomb going off. Were than any signs of fish in the channels? cant imagine the tourism related economic loss
  22. one of the best fish to catch... big runs, jumping and head shakes... and available almost everywhere
  23. there is some good pig spots between N.A and terrigal... keep them on the down low though, haha.

  25. that last one is great, with the scary looking dark clouds with rain falling, but then a rainbow, blue skies and fluffy white clouds next to it..
