Congratulations i truly hope you guys get another seat. I just held my breath for a second i thought you may have been the other robert brown aka Senator Bob Brown the federal leader of our "friends" the Greens, very relieved that its you. You had my vote yesterday and if not for a law exam tommorow i would have been at the polling booths handing out flyers, nonetheless i managed to convince some friends and family members who dont fish, hunt and shoot to give you guys a vote. I changed my user name on msn to "Vote 1 Shooters Party, above the line for the upper house, on March 24th". Cheers and all the best with results Regards John

Lets hope that the shooters party retain their seat otherwise there will be NO ONE representing the interests of outdoor recreation be it fishing, hunting, camping, 4 wheel driving etc. The greens will be able to do whatever they want

i wouldnt do this for the reasons mentioned above, as has already been said put a little bit in your burley the stuff goes a long way. If you want to put something on your lures try some ultrabite spray, or egimax, but even these will leave your lures smelling a bit funky in your tackle box

I went down last week fished off the wharf got there at 4.30am to get the spot by 6.30am there was another half a dozen guys fishing over the top of me almost p*ssing in my pocket. Managed to get 1 decent squid in 2 casts on a cheapy jig, then the bonitos started busting everywhere out in the channle they were going hard for about half an hour well outside casting distances.I got a few follow ups but they would not take metals or pastics i was using 10gm-60gm raiders and 3inch bass minnows, i think the were feeding on really small white baits . Better luck next time
