  1. Try to move the boat further up the trailer if you can...or as said previously, move the axles back..

  3. Just look for gutters along the beach... its a long beach mate, fish are everwhere. The wreck is generally good, but depending on when you go, there is ussually people there. I've caught fish all along that beach.
  4. I seen on the news the other day that NSW Gov has purchased some kind of buoy to protect the wreck of a jap sub off sydneys northern beaches. Apparently the water police are notified when someone goes within half a km of it. Just wondering if anyone has seen this buoy, and are you allowed to fish around it..
  5. Ive caught many blacks on the other side of the bridge of the main drag. As you go over the brigde you will see a car park on your left... I normally have more luck fishing about 100 metres to the right of the jetty. You will find the blacks along the bank in the weeds. Another good place is in budgewoi lake just near the shops... Alot of people fish for blacks there. Its about 20 mins north of the entrance. Goodluck Paul
  6. There was over 100 of them... Its the most i've ever seen at one time. They were a few km's off terrigal heading south. I thought they would be heading north this time of year, but there you go.

  11. Great eating fish those blue eyes.. I'm think that those lead eating lobsters were around...they tend to be around by the dozen this time of year. They way a tonne too, but not good for eating. lol, j/k. I dont know if leatheries are around a browns...but thats what ussually gets all my sinkers.
  12. I was there last week, took me 2 laps of the streets to find it, but i'm glad i did. The bait was top notch and a great price. Thanks again for the squid lure watto. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, as we had plenty of bait from you already, but i'm sure its the gun. Paul

    Chk Eng

    Does anybody know what the eng chk alarm means???? It turns on after about 30 seconds after i start the engine with muffs. I havent takin it out yet to see if it will do the same in the water, but, i took it to the mechanic the other day and the alarm didnt sound when he hooked it up to his muffs.
  15. Kingies don't really follow the warmer waters. They will go where there is food, but they seem to always be around.

  22. You can just about always find the jelly's in the hawksbury if you look long enough. They were in cowan a few weeks ago.. but been in the system a long time now.
