hey mate were you with a couple of people on the north end of narrabeen at the lakes entrance?

good work on the bream mate I was down there the other night with pilchards and prawns for bait and couldnt catch anything but seaweed.... I'll have to tag along for a jew fish session at narrbaeen if you guys dont mind one time... I've been trying to figure it out for a while but thus far have been unsuccessful. Last year i pulled a couple of salmon from narrabeen but its been quiet of late reubs

Nice work howsy, always feels good teaching someone else how to catch as for your phone you should be able to email the pics to yourself to get them onto your PC... it shouldve come with a cable to connect via usb though? most phones are plug and play these days reubs

The tilt and trim died on my boat on the Easter long weekend and I've not got the parts to fix it so in an attempt to keep myself sane I thought I'd head down to narrabeen for a quick session on the tide change.. Got to the beach at about 8:10 armed with salted and frozen pillies...tried them whole...tried them in halves...tried them backwards...not even a miserable bite..... I was straight out from the walkway off Waterloo street. It was a magnificent night on the beach..no swell a full moon and so much peace it seemed like no one was having any luck though.. A couple of guys left about 10mins after I got there and they'd caught nothing too... I think I've lost touch with the fish ..... Anyone want to help me? Cheers Reubs

Double bag on the sleeping bags mate...best move..also take a thermos with hot water and some powdered milk/milo premix and you have hot chocolates to go! Best thing in the world when you don't want to get on the turps

Hi mate bay view does have a nice drop and you can cast amongst some moored boats from the shore so you should be able to pick something up.. I'm usually out on a boat on pittwater but you can't beat it for water cleanliness and clarity I love it! As for the back of palm there's a good weed bed so if you don't get hooked on the weed you could maybe pick up some bream or a pike or maybe some squid..the water is quite shallow however.. On the surf side of palm I've caught a 60cm salmon casting a 2inch plastic prawn on a 1/4 ounce jig head 8lb braid and 7ft 2-4kg rod whilst walking up and down the beach.. Have fun!
