Here is an idea: Buy an investment property in Sydney and rent where you want to live in sydney. You claim the tax benefits of having an investment ppty. In time that will grow, you can then sell it and use that for your down payment on your next house or maybe you will buy another investment property instead!

You can get an app to track if you don't have a plotter. I also carry a 12v spotlight, 500 lumens is good enough. Then make yourself as familiar as possible during the day! Maybe first night, just travel back as the sun goes down, next night you should be fine!

So much for a hot summer, i never got one And what's with these weather predictions? I remember a few years ago they were quite accurate, these days I have to check the day before. When you check on a monday and it says saturday SUNNY 32 - by the time it's friday and you are confirming the weather for Saturday, its showers, 27. They seem so wrong these days.

Hey mate, don't worry! I went to a Charter once in horrible conditions. DOn't know why he didn't cancel, probably needed the money. We were on a boat with Irish guys, they were drinking before they even got on. By the time we were fishing, half the crew were sitting down, few throwing up. I just couldn't get into it. Don't worry, there will be another time!

I new windscreen is around the thousand dollar mark. They are expensive. There is a place in seven hills that does them if you google it.

Well I bought the sand spike, I know its expensive, but it looked good... but performs great! I would recommend it! with your 530 cruisecraft would be fine with the small size!, if you are concerned you can get the bigger size!
