  1. i have sort legal advice and at this moment i will be pleading guilty to two of the three offences. I will be strenuously defending the third charge of not removing my line when another angler is hooked up. Although i may have been unfortunately in the wrong place at the wrong time. Feel free Paul to jump in any time and back me up.
  2. The committee discussing fines and suspensions over '' apparently'' illegal fishing tactics. Got nothing on the bee keeper.

  10. Lovely looking fish and very well played to land the bugger. Pretty sure the old sportex had to be pried from somebody elses hands by the end of the day,
  11. Im thinking lookout royce,im tipping paul to have a big one this week.
  12. Look what you've gone and done stormy, i put up a simple fishing report and you've turned it into a fashion parade with multi coloured mowhawks.
  13. Another great day out chasing blackies in sydney harbour. Trev and royce managed a double hookup but if it wasn't for pauls excellent net work both fish may well of been dropped. Again caught plenty but only kept enough for a feed. Moved on to another location where the fish were extremely tricky, thats what i love about blackfishing, your always learning.
  14. Gyday matt Im glad I persisted with the steelite, quite confident now. The mag bream goes great of the rocks also, thanks for the advice.
  15. After a big night 12am and a very early start 2am Paul and i arrived at royces around 3.15. As usual royce whipped up some brekkie and coffees,(i very much needed something in my stomach and a strong coffee), had a quick chat then we were off. Royce decided to hit the ocean rocks, top call. We arrived at first light and after about 15-20 min checking out the swell it was down to the ledges. The fish were on straight away with plenty being landed and plenty being dropped. I didnt realise just how difficult it was to land these fish off the rocks must have dropped 8-10 fish just trying to lift them. After watching royce land them i started to get the idea.(be patient) All in all it was a great day wth plenty of fish landed only keeping enough for a feed and releasing the others.

  21. Gyday fabian I think you hit the nail on the head by washing my gear down religously and greasing/oiling the outfits and drags they still perform almost like the day i bought them. Like anything if you look after it,it will look after you. Me on the other hand, well i just use alveys. Ive seen some golfers with all the good gear that cant find the fairway.
