    Pump some nippers from the flats at dolls point and you'll grab yourself some good whiting while your there. pilly tails go well for flatties drifting with the current there also.

    Zman lures are an investment in my opinion, your gulps will get destroyed after only afew fish. I have used the same zman lure for about 2 months and its still catching

    I guess thats where circle hooks come into it mate, but they are abit hit and miss from my experience..

    Hey mate congrats on the great catch! Im looking forward to getting onto my first this summer. A couple of quick questions on sending out the squid on the downrigger, do you use a single hook on the end of the tube or a sliding snell? Also do you have any problems with the squid spinning in the water? Regards, John.

    If you are going to eat them kill them straight away like sydnerfisher12 has stated. Defo alot more tender.
