What about the woman in Perth who won $900. She took a selfie of herself holding the winning ticket and posted it on Facebook. One of her so called Facebook friends downloade the iimage cropped her out of the picture and then printed the ticket and cashed it in. All in 15 minutes. You dont need the ticket all you need is the bar code.
Your right General Zod the guy didn't have a good look at the ticket. It was a flexi bet with 3.03% of the 26k that the trifecta paid. If you had the winner in your combination you would have collected $790 give or take a few $$. At least now you can stop cursing yourself. Although $790 would've been handy.
Almost any rock platform with some constant wash will hold drummer. Especially areas where there is a good growth of cunji. Make sure you adhere to all the safe rock fishing rules. If you don't know them look them up and study them. I noticed that you are 14 years old you need to discuss this with your parents not just go there with your mates. Sorry for the lecture but rock fishing is dangerous.
The pictures of the poor guy were taken at picnic point boat shed. I was fishing there on Monday morning and at least half a dozen jet skiers were hooning around there. Seems like there's no escape from them even on week days
Hi Reese. I took my kids prawning there last year. Just wade around and under the Windang road bridge on the shops side. Nice and safe for the family with a little street lighting and some seats on the walkway if needed. Make sure you wear decent shoes.
Took my 15yo daughter to Picnic Point for our usual school holiday session today. Plenty of small bream and tailor. Was using peeled prawns and she landed a 28cm luderick. Dropped another one at the waters edge around the same size. Not to be out done i landed a 23cm one. All released. The guy in the boat shed said that pelicans had been hanging around and that was a good sign as they dont usually. Also spotted a mullet about 35cm cruising around.
I started in the shoe trade when I was a 15yo and stayed in it for 34 years. This looks like some sort of leather tool although I've never seen one before. My guess for the long groove part at the bottom would be for wider leatherbelts. The belt wwould slide into the groove so that the holes could be punched in the center to line up with the buckle. Looking at the actual punch there is probably a grub screw so size of hole punch can be changed or even a rivet tool could be inserted.
Nice read Big Neil it must be good to have a local that you can fall back onto. The only thing I would catch at my local creek would be shopping trolleys or tetanus. The price you pay i suppose for suburban living. Well done on the safe release.
Hi papafish. It's the Nepean river. Fish I've been told that are there bass, perch, eel tailed catfish and your nuisance fish like eels and carp. As for eating i don't know but i wouldn't.
Good timing dpinta. I'm going to Camden tomorrow i was talking to a guy at the shopping center who told me about the fishing there. Park at the soccer fields at belgenny reserve and fish under the bypass bridge. It's a cycle way so pretty easy access. I'll be there about 3pm so if you're friend needs some help i can help them. All the ponds and lakes under Campbelltown Council are no fishing allowed.
