Ha ha ha. I got told of a place close to home by a guy i started talking to in the fishing section at a well known cheap department store. I'll take lures for the Bass but want worms for the big cat fish so i can tick them off my haven't caught list.

I checked Baitngo Ian cause i really want to give their machines a go. Unfortunately nothing close to me. fragmeister please read the post again i clearly stated i don't want to order online.

I use the clear cylinder bait trap which opens at both ends when i go to the Georges. Put some bread inside and stand back. Don't spook them and within 20 minutes you will have some. Only about $20 from tackle stores. By the way looking at your profile i don't believe that you are 1 year old LOL

I've caught some decent bream there. Search Picnic Point holiday fun. There is also plenty of you tube videos fishing at picnic point for all kinds of fish including Jews. As for Deep Water park i wouldn't even go there in daylight some really strange creatures in that nack of the woods.

Hi Raiders. Went down to La Perouse for a bit of sight seeing and relaxation last week. Walking along the beach i came across some large cuttlefish backbones approx 250mm x75mm. I picked up around a dozen pieces as i have avaries and birds love them. I gave some to a professional bird breeder who i deal with and he informed me it's against the law to collect it from the beach. Apparently fines apply . Anyone ever heard about this

Hey guys. And old fella years ago told me the only way to make money on a race horse was to follow it around with a heession bag and a shovel.

Bloody kookaburras. I was fishing with a mate on the Georges and he caught a bream around 30cm. As soon as he unhooked it this kookaburra came from nowhere and grabbed it. He took off and dropped it in the middle of the river as it was too heavy. About 20 minutes later it came back to shore with the tide and wash from boats but it was not in a good way. Another time we were having lunch at Woolongong beach. My son just unwrapped his burger and put it down when SWOOSH all that was left was lettuce and the bottom of the bun. The bloody Kookaburra got the meat and top of the bun. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry caus I paid for the burger . Burgers with a water view are expensive. LOL

What good advice. I've just come across this post as i am in the process of pimping the family kayak. Nursie you will remember that I sent you a PM asking you about 12v motors for kayaks. A few years back i was on the train. Where the line goes over the cooks near the racecourse at Canterbury there was a dead shark lying in the silt at low tide. Don't know what kind but it was aabout 2ft long. Obviously didn't agree with the toxins.
