  16. Good post Ambrose How did we survive the pre cracker night festivities with the local kids - bunger wars and roman candle wars. Then there was cracker night at home under Dads supervision, launching sky rockets out of 26 oz beer bottles that would invariably fall over mid launch sending us scattering in all directions - and watching the cathrine wheels falling of the nail in the paling fence and chasing mum around the yard - ah those were the days. Neighbourhood bonfires and the next best thing to cracker night, which was going out the morning after and collecting all the fireworks that did not go off. Was always challenging dealing with those short wicks. Cheers Blood Knot
  17. Good ramps with clear lane marking, but no pontoons or fish cleaning facilities . Cheers Blood Knot

  19. I think the leak was from the forgotten bung hole
  20. Couple of options I guess - a charter up the local river - for usual suspects barra, jacks, fingermark or charter out to the near reefs for something a little harder pulling. Its possible tor hire those little covered pontoon type boats out and take them up the river yourself - add wine, food and fishing gear and your wives should have some fun. Found the local tackle shop was a good starting point for getting things set up charter wise. As with any charter let them know your expectations re:tackle supplied and intended species/methods to help avoid disappointment. Cheers Blood Knot
  21. Dont know about learning from the best mate - reckon I Iearnt a thing or two from you too mate. Cheers
