Popeye report on Kingfish

Thought I’d post my latest efforts - kingfish guts and heads from past 6 months producing some great spinach and veggies during the lockdown - if no fishing, it’s next best thing.

Great stuff Pickles. I did loose enthusiasm over Spring/Summer on mine because of the drought but have started the veggie patch back up again.

Do you just dig the heads/guts in or make a liquid fertilizer out of them?

Good work there Pickles. Better than my vege garden, as you have more room. I use a number of pots to increase my area for growing.

I also grow a couple of orange trees and a couple of peach trees at my mother's place, but the f*&#%*g Qld fruit fly, and mongrel bats, make it difficult.

I recently pulled out my veggie garden to put in a pool, is that Lettuce I see there? our Lettuce was a dismal failure this year, don't know what went on, Cucumbers, Tomatoes Peas and Beans all good, but Lettuce, no!
