elite
Caught south of botany heads on peeled prawns. My guess it’s a tarwhine...?

kingfishbig
It looks like a bream to me. The head of a tarwhine is more convex. Also the scales of the tarwhine have a golden centre and form longitudinal lines. Seeing it appears to be scaled and cooked doesn't help with this aspect though.. noelm
Bit hard to tell, but as Rick says, a Tarwhine has a black stomach lining, that looks like it's white, suggesting Bream, also the head and scales look more Bream like.
