Plastics rod for Stradic 2500

Hi there,

Would anyone care to recommend a rod to throw plastics for jews, to be matched with a Stradic 2500 reel and 10lb braid. Budget is between $100 and $200.

Think your a bit under gunned in your idea personally 

At minimum I'd be looking at a 4-8kg rod, 20lb braid(up the leader size as required), 4000 reel.

Look into the Daiwa 20 Aird X range -702MFS orHFS good  guides and blank for the money $99 . This is for boat use .For off the beach a Daiwa Sensor Wave 1202H would do

Go for a td hyper 2-5kg or 2-6kg awesome bang for buck. Really good plastics rods give it a look.

We use our standard estuary gear when targeting Jew in the river - Samaki Zing 2-6lb & a diawa caldia 2500. This outfit was used offshore today soft plastics for snapper & did fine. My new Atomic Arrowz was christened on a 60cm fish. Also a nice rod. Both are in your mid range circa $150.

I fish the Hastings for Jew. Trolling and casting. Samaki Zing 2 to 4 is Good. 2 to 6 Hyper if you feel more comfortable. 

12 to 16 ib leader.  All you need .    Howard.

veritas 3,    2 to 4 is very nice !! An alternative to the Zing.  2 to 6 Hyper will throw 2 to 14 grams . My Choice with that reel and line Very Versatile.
